Most of our inventory is Grade A quality, meaning items are in good wearable condition with no major holes or stains. However, as these are pre-loved vintage pieces, some minor wear is to be expected.
How long does shipping take for wholesale orders?
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping usually arrives within 2-4 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer returns or exchanges on wholesale lots?
Due to the nature of wholesale vintage sourcing, all sales are final. We only offer returns or replacements if the items received do not match the grade or category specified in your order.
Are all items in the bundles authentic vintage?
Yes, our experienced team hand-picks and authenticates every piece to ensure you receive genuine vintage apparel from the 1980s, 90s, and early 2000s.
Can I request specific sizes in my wholesale order?
Our bundles are typically a 'pro-mix' of sizes ranging from Small to XXL to ensure a balanced inventory for your shop. While we cannot guarantee specific size counts, we aim for a fair distribution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For larger bulk orders, we also offer financing options through Klarna and Afterpay.
